Maintenance
How you care for a sail depends on the fabric it is made from, so there is a manual for each of the ranges we build with. Read it here on the site or download the PDF. Your quote or invoice names the fabric on your sail — if you are not sure, ask us and we will check.

Rainbow Shade Maintenance Manual
For sails made from Rainbow Shade Z16 or Extreme 32 fabric: what each fabric offers, a simple schedule for inspecting, re-tensioning and cleaning your sail, and the cleaning method to use.

Polyfab Maintenance Manual
For sails made from Polyfab fabric: cleaning with mild detergent and a low-pressure hose, the chemicals and substances to keep away from it, re-tensioning after extreme weather, and storing your sail when it comes down.
General Forms
Use the service record to log every inspection, re-tension and service on your sail. Keep it somewhere safe: it shows the recommended maintenance has been followed, which you will need if you ever make a warranty claim.
