We needed something to shade our back courtyard that wouldn’t be a permanent structure. A shade sail seemed perfect. We had a representative of another company (not Abbas) come out and flippantly give a quote without explaining or showing us, as consumers, the quality of the shade cloth & hardware, the choice of colours and the explanation of how the hardware is used. In addition to that, when it came time to install the shade sail, the quote from this first company went up by an additional $1000.00. I was most displeased as was my landscaper.
